making laksam


MAKING LAKSAM
A) 3 Cups Rice Flour
½ Cup flour
5-6 Cups water
1) Mix A and stir well
2) Heat the steamer
3) Grease the pan
4) Pour a thin layer of mixture
5) Steam for 3-4 min
6) When cooked roll it up

B) GRAVY

1) I kg Mackerel(Boil,strain&blend until fine)
2) 4 cups coconut milk
3) 10 shallots- pounded
4) 2 pieces of asam keeping
5) 1 tbsp black pepper- crushed
6) Salt to taste
Mix all the B.
Cooked over slow heat.

C) ULAM
1) Long beans- slice thinly
2) Shredded cucumber
3) Bean sprouts

D) SAMBAL
1) Dried chillies(boil,strain£ed)
OR
Sambal Belacan
